Always Sunny

For the look I was going for a warm and neutral feel. I decided to use MAC Pro Longwear eyeshadow in "Always Sunny" as my bronzer and blush. Since I wanted to keep things natural I was not wearing eyeliner only eyeshadow and mascara. I absolutely love how great my face looks from my gloss to eyebrows.

Oh and on a side note, if you have not noticed my aura is real and you can see it in this video if you pay attention, and look closely.

Here is a good explanation of this which perfectly describes me and my connection to my surroundings on a emotional level. Oh yes feelings are everything and I can feel what is going on with animals which includes humans. Just a hint I love alley cats and have a extra tenderness to those who may have been in foster care because I love those the most who can appreciate what others take for granted.

Purple Aura:

Purple Aura people are highly psychic, attuned to the emotions and moods of others and very sensitive. People who have a predominant amount of purple in their Aura are seen as mysterious and secretive.

Getting Ready

What a beautiful and sunny afternoon it was with the hopes of getting together some great photos to build up my portfolio and taken by a professional. Only three photos were taken, maybe a good luck charm are because something was wrong with the SONY camera that was being used by Jason, a photographer and cosmetology student. So the show or the photo shoot had to take the road just to get a new memory card and the show could not go on because none of the stores had what needed to be in stock. Until the next episode things will be more together and more looks will be able to be captured.

Any ways it takes only a hour or two to get a model bikini ready and just a few minutes to capture a moment or few. The look I was going for was to keep things sweet like candy and bright like the summer skies. Tinted moisturizer was applied with a lot of translucent powder, E.L.F. eye shadow and bronzer in warm tan used, Maybelline Define-A-Lash mascara, lined the lips with Bare Mineral Jazzed and Buxom lip cream in White Russian.

So the show was not really going on.

Here are some more of the photos and turns out only five were taken and the other ones were not worth sharing because the expressions did not match the beautiful look.

To get the model's skin nice and ready, as in hairless and moisturized I used Jergens Natural Glow for Medium to Tan skin tones, Aveda foot relief and Gilette Satin Care with a touch of Olay.

More than a Mart...

I mean Wal-Mart has a lot to offer and they beat the prices of Target along with other stores that offer low prices. Wal-Mart is the center of some small towns and neighborhood supermarket. For the first time I got my eyebrows waxed at the nail salon in one of the Super Wal-Mart's which now have McDonald's fast food restaurant, nail salons, banks and other goodies such as auto repair shop.

The only thing that I was wearing on my face was some moisturizer and Milani Color Statement lipstick in Fruit Punch which is the best way to make a statement when you are stressed out. Not only are the colors nice but the lipstick leaves the lips feeling moist and smells good. Neutrogena has really good products out, made just for acne that may want to pop up when we feel stress. and to deal with stress means cleansing.

Technology is supposedly suppose to make life easier but it seems to make things more complicated. The time that has passed from April to May has brought some trauma to my skin or at least leading to the point of my eyebrow wax. My first wax after graduating from the Aveda Institute as well and I choose none other than Wal-Mart and I like how they came out.

Wax On...Wax Off.

What is the meaning of all this mess that has been caused with me getting worked up into...all for the sake of beauty. Really waxing is not my thing at all because I don't like seeing anyone in pain and let's face it waxing can be a painful service. I had a day of waxing only in my recent class and of course I am always humbled and shall remain that way. Only two guests but I know I put my all or at least my dedication into their services and how nice that both guests were new to Washington, D.C. I have only done waxing on the face which includes the eyebrows, lips, chin and sideburns so doing the body was a new learning experience. Working on my application technique is of importance when it comes to my speed. Waxing has some nice results but the process is sort of exhaustive and takes some getting used to for someone that has been described by others using a big word like condescending. 

The whole purpose is to transform when it comes to waxing which I have been going through spiritually up to this point. My spirit has been exfoliated like wax naturally does to skin when ripped off and meditating will soothe my soul and spirit like tea tree oil does for the raw skin.



Despite my need for improvement when it comes to waxing the body below the decollete I will remain in the wonders of my own world while revisiting Chapter 18: Hair Removal.

What a day that lied ahead.
