Day 3

On day 3 which was this past Saturday I really enjoyed some frozen yogurt in the flavors of Coconut and Peanut Butter. My fast is all about cutting out meats completely as well as seafood and heavy carbs. I'm not completely sure what seperates ice cream from frozen yogurt but I know that if yogurt is apart of the equation than that is a plus for your health.

Color of the Day

For this weekend staring on May 31, 2013 the color is I Lilac You by Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure collection. Oh and of course my nails did not come out perfect because I did not get them done at a salon and my nails were simply polished without the complete manicure. Love this color because it looks sweet and has a soft pastel color like cotton candy.
